Two questions regarding PE theories.

Re: Supplements in my body building, I have to say that trying a new product (which typically come in 30 day supplies) keeps me motivated to workout on my regular workout schedule without messing up for the duration of the 30 day product so I can compare my results with the outlandish claims on the bottle. Plus, the outlandish claims on the bottle can be exciting to daydream and work towards, even though I know deep down that the work you put in is 80%-95% of the cause.

So whether it does anything or not, if I am excited about it, it helps me work out hard! “Placebo in action” for lack of a better term.

Right now I’m using Size-On, which is a weird form of creatine. I’m following the bottle instructions, which are vastly different from regular creatine which requires a loading phase and a cycle off. This stuff supposedly doesn’t. So far, I think I do see and feel a difference. I’ve made a few push throughs on my bench and squat weights.

Regardless, I doubt it does anything for PE, other that my belief that a healthy body will help lead to better PE gains. Besides, working your muscles increases testosterone, which is good for tissue growth.

Yep definately. Agree, healthy body, healthy penis, better PE.

Yeah I was thinking the same around 80-90% of the gains is the work, and so for some it might be worth paying for that extra 10%. Especially if it gives a motivation factor.
