Two part question

Two part question

First off, I’m 50 years young, I smoke, drink, and exercise fairly regularly. Looking to go from average 5.5 inch to 7.5 inch. Is stretching your groin an important part to PE, and is it better to get length first then girth, or the other way around, or does it matter?

Be prepared to invest 5 or so years of your life. Ive been at it for 4 years and gained about .5. Start with the newbie routine.

Some people gain quickly 1”+ in a year, this is fairly uncommon but it does happen, most gain more slowly but .5” in 4 years is verrryyy slow and also fairly uncommon to take that long to see such a relatively small gain. A lot of members recommend doing length before girth, personally I work on both simultaneously, you’ll have to find out what works best for you. Start with the newbie routine, can’t go wrong there! After a few months you can start tweaking it and adding in more advanced exercises (if necessary).

Nobody answered my question about stretching my groin. Would this be helpful in aiding gains?

I think there might be a language issue but I don’t think stretching your groin will do anything for PE.


If you mean stretching your adductor muscles, then no, there wouldn’t be any benefit other than to your hip joints and general lower body biomechanics if they’re too tight.
