Two newb questions
1. I been doing the newbie routine with out the stretches for 4 weeks and 2 weeks with stretches my problem is I have trouble not reaching erection I can hold the stretch for more then 5 seconds without getting hard and have to wait for ever for it to go down and do another stretch.
Would like to get some tips with this or at least how long will it take for my penis to get conditioned and used to the stretches and not get erections
2. When I jelq I jelq with one hand pulling foreskin back and the other hand doing a jelq with I do this because I don’t want to add anymore foreskin was wonder is this a okay method to use?
Also when I jelq I don’t close my fingers it’s more of a pinch I have one finger on tip one on the bottom of the shaft and I do a ok grip is this okay or does this hinder results?
