Two newb questions

Two newb questions

1. I been doing the newbie routine with out the stretches for 4 weeks and 2 weeks with stretches my problem is I have trouble not reaching erection I can hold the stretch for more then 5 seconds without getting hard and have to wait for ever for it to go down and do another stretch.

Would like to get some tips with this or at least how long will it take for my penis to get conditioned and used to the stretches and not get erections

2. When I jelq I jelq with one hand pulling foreskin back and the other hand doing a jelq with I do this because I don’t want to add anymore foreskin was wonder is this a okay method to use?

Also when I jelq I don’t close my fingers it’s more of a pinch I have one finger on tip one on the bottom of the shaft and I do a ok grip is this okay or does this hinder results?

I think for the jelq you should put the pressure on the sides, not the top/bottom. That forces the pressure up the chambers on each side.

1. I get major erections in the morning so I always stretch at night. Testosterone levels are highest in the morning I believe. I’ve been PEing for about 6 months now and I still get hard while stretching if I am particularly horny or try to stretch too early. Staying completely flaccid is difficult. Rubbing one out in the morning can help too.

Is this correct that pressure should be on the side of the shaft more? If so why are jelq devices all made to just put pressure on the top and bottom? Someone please comment on this.

I’m still a newbie myself, so I am not going to make a definitive statement. From what I have read though, you do not want to put pressure on the urethra - or the tube that you pee from, since this could cause damage. The two chambers on the sides of the penis is what you want to squeeze, put pressure on and engorge.

Please, someone with more experience either validate or refute my information!

This sounds reasonable. I just started myself, but I’ll tell you a couple things that have occured to me, though it is almost all speculation. (I wet jelq by the way).

1. I like the OK grip to squeeze fresh blood up the shaft and force some expansion all over, but I do 3 sets of varying technique (I do one sort of standard, one where I sort of bend the penis to each side with alternating hands and stretch the sides of the shaft while bending and jelqing and then I do one where I sort of do the Spock/vulcan live-long-and-prosper hand gesture and run this up my shaft with my index and middle finger on one side and my ring and pinky on the other while I use my off hand to squeeze my fingers together to vary the intensity, this also stretches the sides).

2. To try and balance this work on the side of the shaft I do some bending forward and backward, sadsak slinky I think is what it’s like, but this way I’m not putting to much presure on the delicate inner workings of my joint (see below).

3. I am very afraid to put too much presure or over work my urethra or my dorsal vein and nerve (that run along the top of the shaft). That’s two good reasons for me to focus on the sides, plus I need girth sideways more than top to bottom because my urethera and the spongy tissue surrounding it is pretty big (I think alot of people have that).

4. I’m sure there are optimal techniques, but I think the best thing to do is work your joint, strech it, expand it, ect. do what feels like it’s giving you the best stretch without hurting. Do as much as you can without going overboard which just means find your grove. I think I might have found mine, but it’s way too early to tell.
