Two Months of Extender Use
I have been a member for a while but have never posted due to the fact that while very encouraged by the threads, pictures and encouragement from all I was timid like most out there.
I guess you can say that I actually got serious about this two months ago but because of my job never really had the time to devote to the manual exercises, even though most gains that I have read about have came from manual exercise, but work always gets in the way.
Now when I first joined I remember my stats or I think I do that is. 5.5 NBPEL 6.0 BPEL 5GIRTH. Well that is roughly what I think they were but to be honest with you it has never felt bigger in my hands in both length and width until I really started my ADS program. Now they are 5.0NBPEL, 6.0 BPEL, 5.5GIRTH. Looks bigger now than it did then so I am not really too worried about what my stats were or what I think they were. In girth I can definitely see the gains visually and on the ruler. But the length is what I think I see I.e. 1/16 of an inch some days then none on the others.
Question is with a routine that is 6 on 1 off. With max tension, weighted caps (18oz) and the knee stretcher at night what else do I need to do. I have now logged 189.25 hours and I know it takes 1000hrs for a .50 of an inch as well.
When have others really seen results with just and ADS/ANS and weighted caps?
