Two months almost in..
Not in for two months yet, but I am definitely closing in as soon as June Starts. I began PE again when the first day of April hit. By that time, my girlfriend surprisingly breaks up with me. Crazy ? Right. No she didn’t break up because I wanted to do PE, she just didn’t know what she wanted.
It wasn’t because of that but damn that just kind of gave it a boost to go serious on this PE Stuff after having such a great time.
I’ve been on these forums lately, keeping up a solid attendance while browsing through different threads.
A lot of people start adding different exercises during this time. I’ve done PE in the past. I started in September, and ended
around November because I had a lot of stuff appear on my plate. I have a total of 4 Months in my PE Career.
I tried out the ULI’s, and I have a couple of Videos in which I’ve posted in the Members section.
As a Beginner, can I start with 4-5 second holds for each hold, while moving up the shaft 5 Times.
Since that would be 1 Rep, how many reps should I do?
I’ve seen some guys on PEGym do about 3 Ulis for 30 seconds each hold.
He addressed himself as a newbie.
Does it really matter how you break it up into reps and holds ?
