Two months almost in..

Not in for two months yet, but I am definitely closing in as soon as June Starts. I began PE again when the first day of April hit. By that time, my girlfriend surprisingly breaks up with me. Crazy ? Right. No she didn’t break up because I wanted to do PE, she just didn’t know what she wanted.

It wasn’t because of that but damn that just kind of gave it a boost to go serious on this PE Stuff after having such a great time.

I’ve been on these forums lately, keeping up a solid attendance while browsing through different threads.

A lot of people start adding different exercises during this time. I’ve done PE in the past. I started in September, and ended
around November because I had a lot of stuff appear on my plate. I have a total of 4 Months in my PE Career.

I tried out the ULI’s, and I have a couple of Videos in which I’ve posted in the Members section.

As a Beginner, can I start with 4-5 second holds for each hold, while moving up the shaft 5 Times.
Since that would be 1 Rep, how many reps should I do?

I’ve seen some guys on PEGym do about 3 Ulis for 30 seconds each hold.
He addressed himself as a newbie.

Does it really matter how you break it up into reps and holds ?

There can’t be a fixed rule. I’d say when you see you aren’t getting anymore expansion, time to stop. As for the duration of single ‘reps’, I think holding it clamped anywhere in the10-30 seconds span will give better expansion, but it is just a personal thought. Don’t apply too much force. I think short clamping sets are safer than manual Uli’s, but again it is just personal belief.

I would usually do 10 reps with 30sec holds, and do 3 sets. I usually did this 2 to 3x per day. It worked for me. The ‘holds’ are very important and at high stress levels, but build up your resistance and don’t go ‘balls to the wall,’ for quite some time.


Take anything and everything that DutyQuest has posted with a large grain of salt.

Going up the shaft 5 times equals one rep ? The video doesn’t quiet say how many times up the shaft equals one rep, or does one hold equal a rep ?

Marinera, you’re saying that I should read up on clamping and see where it gets me. I personally need girth more than anything.

I haven’t ever tried ULI. Stick to just jelqs. You might not want to consider yourself a newbie, but maybe your dick still is? ( Don’t avoid the chance you might be a less is more )

You want girth, start a pumping thread ( after reading up on pumping and researching it, find your size ( don’t cheat ) of cylinder, get a gauge with it )

So pumping is a lot safer than doing the Uli you say ?

I just did about 15 Uli’s and I think they turned out fine. 10 second holds. My Penis feels sore, and looks quiet red.

If Pumping gives girth faster than anything else..hell I might just try pumping, and sticking to wet jelqs.

NO! I did not say pumping is faster, I was just trying to suggest to you that it can ( for certain bodies ) help with girth.
Umm, I was simply telling you what I have done.

I do not know which is safer between manual exercise and device exercise. Just trying to help you talk through your own routine :)

What other PIs ( Physiological Indicators ) do you have besides looking red?

Speaking of Pl’s, I am getting a bright red penis. Especially when I’m forcing in a lot more pressure going up the Uli. For some odd reason
I think the head during Uli’s and Jelqing get’s the highest benefit out of the whole anatomy. No doubt that the rest of the shaft looks good too
when applying the same exact pressure I have been doing recently, it’s just the head get’s the most. Or that’s what it feels like.

Soreness. Especially after the workout with the Uli’s I just did now. I did about 125 wet jelqs, 4-5 second holds. Timed those things like a boss, my whole penis was
glowing red, the head felt like it wanted to explode. A lot of pre-cum starting to fade away, especially now that I am continuing with my routines. I noticed
the pre-cum dilemma was pretty big when I started, and it was annoying because it always tied in with my lotion. lol.

I feel the soreness tingle, and move down the scrotal area of my balls. After this shower I just got out of for warm down, I felt that same exact feeling going
from my penis to my scrotal area. Maybe just fatique ?

The other good positive things I am getting is: Huge erections. erections I have never even seen before in my life. Especially when I see a hot chick walk by. :]
