Two month update
So I posted with an update after a month. I hadn’t gained but things were changing with less time turtling etc. I’m two months in now and I have gained! I started at 5.5 NBPEL and 4.75 MSEG so in the low side of average. I can’t seem to stretch (kills my eq) and if I am honest I have not been consistent with my kegelling but I have been jelqing religiously. I also do this excercise at the end of my session where i squeeze the base to trap blood, do the same just below the glans and then apply pressure with both grips. i hold this for 10 seconds and i really feel the stretch. I mostly two days on one day off. Sometimes if family ties or whatever dictated and i couldn’t do my routine I would miss a day but then do three days on instead of two. What I noticed when I did this was that my positive pi’s went through the roof. So now I do two days on one off most of the time but every couple of weeks take a few days off then hit it three days in a row before going back to two on one off. The result? 5.0 MSEG, I am really happy with this! This has happened in the last month and basically through jelqing alone! I only jelq for 15 minutes, I went up to 20 for a few days but my eq started to suffer so I backed off. I haven’t increased my length at all but then that is to be expected with no stretching. Now that I am more conditioned i want to try stretching again soon and see if I can get into it. Anyway, that’s it, that’s where I am, another update in another month with hopefully more positive results.
