Two month update

So I posted with an update after a month. I hadn’t gained but things were changing with less time turtling etc. I’m two months in now and I have gained! I started at 5.5 NBPEL and 4.75 MSEG so in the low side of average. I can’t seem to stretch (kills my eq) and if I am honest I have not been consistent with my kegelling but I have been jelqing religiously. I also do this excercise at the end of my session where i squeeze the base to trap blood, do the same just below the glans and then apply pressure with both grips. i hold this for 10 seconds and i really feel the stretch. I mostly two days on one day off. Sometimes if family ties or whatever dictated and i couldn’t do my routine I would miss a day but then do three days on instead of two. What I noticed when I did this was that my positive pi’s went through the roof. So now I do two days on one off most of the time but every couple of weeks take a few days off then hit it three days in a row before going back to two on one off. The result? 5.0 MSEG, I am really happy with this! This has happened in the last month and basically through jelqing alone! I only jelq for 15 minutes, I went up to 20 for a few days but my eq started to suffer so I backed off. I haven’t increased my length at all but then that is to be expected with no stretching. Now that I am more conditioned i want to try stretching again soon and see if I can get into it. Anyway, that’s it, that’s where I am, another update in another month with hopefully more positive results.

Congratulations for your gains man! 0,25 in girth is an AMAZING gain for only two months..

Could you describe better this squeeze exercise? Like what erection level you do it and other details


Start January 2013: NBPEL 6.2" (15,7cm) / MSEG 5.2" (13,2cm) / BPEL 6.6"(16,8cm) / FL - 3.5" (9cm) / FG - 3.9" (10cm)

Mid-term Goal : NBPEL 6.7"(17cm) / MSEG 5.5"(14cm) / FL 4.5" (11,5cm) / FG 4.5"(11,5cm)

I do all my excercises at about 50-60 % erection BUT when I jelq I trap the blood with my other hand by creating a ring around the base of my penis. I feel more of a stretch this way while jelqing than doing it at a higher erection level.

With the squeeze I do the same grip around the base and kegel in blood then make another ring with my other hand using the same ok type grip just below the glans. Then I squeeze both grips pretty hard and hold for about 10 seconds. My glans feels like it’s going to explode and I get massive pressure between the two grips as well. I don’t know whether this is what is working for me but what I do know is that it feels good. The harder you squeeze the more the pressure.

I’m really happy for you, decent! As luck would have it, we both started PE at about the same time, have comparable stats (my starting girth was equal to yours, and my starting BPEL was a hair over 6.25) and similar girth gains. We also seem to share a similar jelqing technique. I was getting ready to make my own “update” thread, when I chanced upon yours. I’m going to hold off on my own update for a couple of days, so as to allow you to have your time.

I’ve been stretching from the start, so I’ve gained a little length. It’s interesting that I started with a gain of just over a .25 inch in girth during the first month, but gained much less in the second month, while you’ve done almost the exact opposite. Good luck on your quest! I’m certain we’ll be exchanging notes from time to time.

Good job. The gains will keep coming as long as you are consistent.
