Two identical clones?

Two identical clones?

I do both stretching and jelqs in my weekly routine. I have gained almost a half inch in two months. I have no plans on changing, however, I was wondering though. If you had two identical clones. One clone did only jelqing, the other only stretching, which clone would end up gaining more lenght in the long run? Or how much of my gains are from stretching, and how much from jelqing?

My opinion: jelqing produces more length gains than stretching alone. Together they produce better than either alone.

I think I agree. Its hard to tell, since I do both, but I think Im getting more of my gains from jelqing.

I disagree, I’ve done almost no jelqing and gained an inch and a half. Jelqing just feels like a waste of time. I started with lots of manual stretching, and recently I bought a VacExtender. I also use a pump in the shower most mornings, I’ll pump anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 minutes.


September 20, 2007: BPEL: 5.8 inches, EG: <5.5 inches

March 15, 2008: BPEL: 7.6 inches, EG: 5.75 inches

Yes, that's a gain of 1.8 inches. And no... That's not my real picture.

Jelqing to me does not seem like a waste of time, but I would not count on it fully for gains. I think I respond best to some stretching / hanging. I will use jelqing as a little warm up before the rest of my routine.

Wow Sam, that is just incredible! Two months? I am jealous! But congtats on your gains, that is great!

Jelqing would produce more gains overall than stretching alone.

You probably got most of you gains from ligament stretching.
