Twisting stretches help please

Hi,

I found a post somewhere on this board referring to a twisting stretch I believe, I can’t remember if it had a fancy name, but basically you stretch out your dick away from your body and then twist it 360 degrees and then re-apply pressure.

Is this a length exercise or one to build girth. If anyone is familiar with this stretch do they have a link to the page as I would like to read it again to make sure I’ve got the technique right.


Start: EBPL 7.0 x EG 5.25

Current: EBPL 7.5 x EG 5.5 (04/03/05)

Goal: EBPL 8.0 x EG 6.0

Well the original twisty thing was the Bruiser 360, an erect exercise twisting the base to tourniquet the penis. Very dangerous, no real need. A girth exercise.

Then there’s 7-up’s twisted stretch which is a flaccid stretch. He used a length of wood or something and twisted the dick around that. That’s a length exercise.

Then there’s the one that has become known as the bundle stretch where you pull the dick out, twist it and hold the stretch. This is another length exercise.

I personally distrust any stretch which involves twisting the penis, it seems a very uncontrolled way of changing the stresses in the penis (the v-stretch and derivatives are more controlled). The upshot is it seems difficult to quantify how the tunica and possibly more importantly the nerves will carry the stress, with some areas under high stress and others under very low stress.

Thanks for that insight and it certainly gives me an insight on something I hadn’t though about, IE the potential for nerve damage etc.

You also answered my question, the bundle stretch, that was the one I was using.

However from what you said I think I may need to look for an alternative. At the moment I use A-stretches, V-stretches, BTC and manual in various directions.

Just would like to add in some other stretches, but not sure what to use.
I’m not in a situation where I can hang so just want to expand my stretching repertoire.

Sometimes in PE variety is a good thing, you shake up your routine by adding a bit.

What kind of V-stretches are your doing at the moment beyond the standard v-stretch and the inverted v a-stretch? There are any number of variations of this stretch. The video site has quite a few. How long do you hold your stretches? Long is good, imo.

You could always add JAI stretches.

And why should you if your manual routine is working. Your manual routine is working right? Some people never hang.

I look at some of the V stretch variations and check them out. Also thanks for the heads up on the JAI stretch I hand not investigated that one in any depth yet.
Re stretching time, I find that I tend to have to do sets of thirty seconds as my hand starts to ache. At the moment I do a few sets of each stretch morning and sometimes evening as well.
How long do you think is good when you say stretching long?

30 seconds is a fair amount of time but if you are easing into stretches and realeasing them slowly, that’s maybe 25 seconds at full tension and each time you pull a stretch it might not hit the sweet spot if you know what I mean. I used to hold for approx 3 minutes, which allowed the stretch to be held and even heat to be applied.
