Hello quick question does anyone know of any natural methods to decrease turtling.

I’ve been doing a 30 second gentle stretch at every bathroom visit which has helped.

It’s more like just holding it at max length without stressing it. No warm up means I wouldn’t want to do anything strenuous but the constant hold during a time that your pelvic area is relaxes has helped.

I can’t really go commando but have switched to very loose shorts instead and the difference is surprising. All based on the advice here from Titleist etc and it’s helped

When your penis shrivels to a point it’s shorter than it typically is.

A short portion of our silicon sleeve (about 1 1/2” - 2” long) worn at the base of your penis will prevent “turtling”. Even better is our Girth Bands (four sizes), they are 1 3/4” long, made of the same silicon as our sleeves, which are a #7 Durometer, and have a 1/4” rib at each end to add rigidity. I wear one even when I sleep, and usually 3 or 4 in a row after a heavy hang session. This will allow your flaccid to stay at it’s maximum stretched length while you recover. Typically I will wear 3-4 for two or three hours and then transition to a single Girth Band.

Training your penis to not turtle is vital to gaining length and becoming not only a “grower” but also a “shower”. Think of orthodontics….. after teeth have been moved to their correct positions a retainer is then implemented to prevent teeth from migrating back to the incorrect location. So think of Girth Bands as a retainer for your flaccid penis as you gain length.
