Turtling and Fat pad

Turtling and Fat pad

Hey everyone,

I am a little nervous with this being my first post, but I felt it was time to take the plunge.

I’m not a heavy guy, 25 years old and about 6’1” and 195lbs, but I seem to have developed a bit of a gut. With that, I’ve noticed that the fat pad at the base of my penis has become a bit stuffed over the past few years. My goal is to lose 15lbs by thanksgiving, and another 15 by March of 2011.

Does anyone know of any specific exercises to target the fat pad?

Also, when flaccid and exercising, I notice that I tend to turtle quite a bit. My penis is about 6.25” - 6.5” BPEL, but on the skinny side of around 4.75” or so average girth. Sometimes, when flaccid, I feel like it retracts quite a bit into my abdomen. I guess you’d call me a “grower”.

Right now, I’d like to focus on flaccid length, and overall girth. Partially for aesthetics, but also for comfort. It’s tough to ride my bike for more than 15 miles without the tip of my penis rubbing against my bike shorts and becoming uncomfortable. The same goes for running. If I had a bit more flaccid length, I could just tuck it over to the side. I’d also feel more comfortable with my body, and be much less embarrassed walking around in my bike shorts or at the pool.

I feel comfortable with my erect length, but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t want a bigger penis. I feel like increasing my size, at least my flaccid size, would improve my sex drive as well which I’ve noticed has been waning over the last few years.

What route do you guys recommend I go for PE?

How much time do I need to devote (setup to cleanup)? I leave early for work, and usually come home late, so time alone is at a premium.

I’ve heard about ADS, but haven’t been able to find a “newbies guide to ADS” yet.

I also have a general question about circulation. My penis almost always feels colder than the rest of my body (when flaccid). The tip is usually a bluish tone. I never think to mention it to my doctor, but I don’t know if it’s normal. Are there any exercises or anything that can help improve general blood flow to the penis?

Thanks everyone, I’m excited to get started!

You can’t spot reduce fat (at least, naturally). Areas of fat deposition are a genetic thing. If you lose some fat and PE for about 1/2 hour or so 4-5 days a week you should be able to gain some noticeable size within a few months to a year. If you’re lucky, in even less time. You will also gain some flaccid size. The turtling with exercise is quite normal. Not sure about your penis being colder and blue. Get it checked out at the doctors. Good luck.

Starting Size: April, 28, 2010: NBPEL-7" Girth-6" (base, MSG, glans)

Currently: BPEL-8" NBPEL-7.25" Girth-6.25" (base)/6.125" (MSG)/6.125" (glans)

Eat lots of fruit and vegetables and avoid fried, fatty foods. My wife lost 25lbs in just under two months, just by changing her diet.

If you eat healthy and do a lot of cardio, you’ll hit your goal no problem.

Good luck!

You should eat healthier and do abs and cardio, those help alot.

Swimming x running + diet = can help you as well

To those who do cardio intensive activities, how much do you notice turtling?

Occasionally, when I’m riding my bike (a road bike), I’ve noticed the head pulling back and extra shaft skin pulling in front of the head, almost like foreskin. It’s extremely uncomfortable.

Do you guys think the Newbie Routine for .5hr 4/5x per week would be a good start? Maybe that, coupled with rigorous exercise and a better diet will solve my problems.

I think I will talk to my doctor on my next visit (in October) about the cold-tip thing. I’m fairly certain it’s not “normal” to have a cold penis. I don’t know what can be done about poor circulation, if anything. Maybe exercise and diet will help that too.

Thanks everyone!
