Hey guys, just wanted to know if there are any new methods or theories with respect to removing and/ or preventing turkey neck. This is a big problem for me as I believe that it affects my flaccid hang.

How could it effect your hang?


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Not a new method, but I skin stretch to get rid of mine. It’s working so far. I grip near my head or circa scar and just above were the turkey neck ends an stretch the skin in-between by pulling opposite directions. I don’t pull hard, but enough to feel it without pain. I do this at every bathroom break and while clamping, it is easier to do when erect or partially erect. You have to make sure you are not grabbing any of the turkey neck for this to work however, any little bit of that being stretched also would just make it worse. It is not a fast process, but the only one that I have found that actually works.

Thanks for your reply, I have been trying something similar to this so I understand the concept. How long before you saw any noticeable results?

It would have been a badge I would not have minded wearing if I did not lose my gains that I made years ago. I have only recently started back in a more consistent way, so, whatever I can incorporate during my workouts, would save me from doing it after the fact.

Took about a month before I really noticed anything small. It is a slow process, but worth it in my opinion. Besides, why rush it and hurt him; skin rips and tears don’t sound fun.
