This Turkey neck is literally killing me! It’s the turkey neck and the skin build up on the side of my penis. I just don’t know what to do anymore, I hear stretching but it seems like it’s making it worse. In that case should I just let it be while doing my exercises? People that have this as well can I get some insight please.

Turkey necks are very common and are solvable. I used to have a pretty big turkey neck, but as the workouts progressed my turkey neck began shrinking. Essentially what happens is you are filling out that extra skin with extra dick.if that makes sense. What it did for me was, in my theory, improve the responsiveness of my dick to stimuli. I had improved my blood circulation and overall erection health that now I get big rock hard erections that not only tighten my extra skin but also pulls my scrotum tighter to my body upon excitement. Just do the workouts and see what happens. Last resort is surgery.and I mean last resort. Solve it naturally.

Thanks! Thats what I thought, but I’m kind of confused as to what to do while stretching. If I try and pull the skin caused by Turkey Neck back while I stretch it feels like that very skin is being stretched as well and I don’t like that I feel like it’s only going to make it worse. But if I don’t pull it back I notice the skin riding up when I stretch and it feels like it’s going to get worse as well. I hate it, I just want to be able to make my dick grow without having to worry about this and making it worse.

How do you grip your dick when you stretch?

Well I’m cut so I try and grip just below the head, so I don’t stretch the skin and feel like I’m just stretching the penis it’s self. I do that with one hand and I slide the other hand with an “OK” grip down the shaft to the base to pull back any Turkey Neck, but when I do that it feels like the skin is stretching.

Try doing the A-strectch, where you make your index finger and middle finger into an upside down peace sign and then stretch you penis upward between them and push your fingers down. Also, maybe try not doing the “ok” grip and let your balls and turkey neck hang free to stretch with you penis without added resistance.

I am getting lots of extra skin too, not so much of a turkey neck, but the head of my dick looks like an Acorn the extra skin is starting to cover my glans like a loose foreskin. I’m a big time grower so it goes away with an erection but it’s stays a little loose. I have had a 1” gain in 9 mos. So I am very happy with everything so far. Took the summer off from jelqing (100 in shower once a week for maintenance) and just do BTC and fowfers I am in need of flaccid gains. Anyone have any ideas about the acorn look.

Mine is bad, I am done stressing about it. I have decided after 6 to 8 months into my maintenance routine I will just opt for surgery. Out of “so far” 7” BPEL the turkey neck rides up all but the last 3 inches. If my sack is tight like its cold out it does not lay up against my body, its about half an inch up the shaft.

I am amazed that if i put a cock ring around my sack, or if i pull the sack back and look in the mirror on how much bigger it appears. Surgery for me will be my “treat” to myself for my hard work put in. As for the maintenance routine, that will be my life long journey to keep my gains

How much is a turkey neck surgery on average? I’ve been considering it too. It’s hard enough finding the determination to workout, let alone grow my penis, let alone getting rid of the turkey neck.

I cured mine by stretching

I posted about this a few years back, but here it is again.

Forget surgery.

Dick skin is so thin, you can practically stretch it permanently by an inch or more within a week or two.

Grasp where the turkey neck ends on your shaft with one hand using your finger and thumb, grasp the skin just below it, and pull the skin towards your balls like you were stretching a balloon.

The goal is to target small areas one at a time, and work your way around your dick. I did it every other day for about a month, and the pain went away after a day or so, and I actually started to look forward to it as I got a good hang on my balls, and my erect dick looked like it gained three inches just because the turkey neck was gone. Everything felt more comfortable, erection, flaccid hang, ball swing.

This hurts like hell the first couple of times, but by targeting small areas, you can actually see the skin stretch permanently after a week or so..

You will be stretching your shaft skin this way, and not your ball sac skin. As you make gains by hanging, or whatever you are doing, you can keep stretching to match your new length.

I also recommend you stretch your ball sac this way also, which will help with chicken neck, and give you great hangers.

I was done stretching after a couple months, and maintain now every month or so If I remember, or see it riding up my shaft again.

Is your turkey neck natural or did it come from jelqing?damn you guys are getting me nervous again.

I had turkey neck before i started with PE. Its not unusual but it can be reduced.
