Turkey Neck & Turtling Woes

I know both have been discussed before, but I haven’t seen anything discussing them together. I have read through the entire turkey neck thread, as well as a number of others.

I am cut, and have had a turkey neck for as long as I can remember. Hair on the shaft and all about 1/3 to 1/2 the way up my penis. It drives me nuts. I can’t comfortably wear condoms, and to some extent it has caused some self image issues because it does make me look smaller.

In the last few months I have also had an issue with turtling. I imagine it is because I am overweight mainly, but I am curious if the extra scrotal skin could be a cause as well? The turtling bothers me far more than the turkey neck. It is beyond uncomfortable. It seems it happens randomly, and doesn’t have a real reason to do it. It bothers me so much that no matter where I am, I have to either stretch to make it pop back out, or reach in my pants and pull it out. The feeling is just awful to me. I know that may seem ridiculous because it is a natural reaction by my body, but I just can’t deal with it.

So here is where my problems lie. I want to rid myself of the turkey neck, but have not been PEing long enough to reach my goals, so surgery is not an option yet. I would prefer a stretch of sorts anyway to get rid of it. However, if I stretch my shaft skin, I will end up with more skin. I can only imagine that would make turtling even more of a problem.

I have read many things about foreskin restoration, but in all honesty, that is not an option for me at all. I can’t stand the way it looks, and imagine that since the feel of turtling drives me nuts, I couldn’t deal with how it feels. Again, I know, not natural, but it is my preference to be cut and have nice tight skin. If not for the turkey neck, otherwise I think I have a pretty good looking dick.

So what can I do? What are my options? I am considering some sort of ADS that ties to my leg just to keep it from turtling throughout the day, but don’t know if there is a better option out there.

Being as you are already on the larger side, this is interesting. An ADS and hanging are always good length helpers. If you start with hanging, 1-2 lbs max.

Agree that an ADS could be very helpful.

I intend to start hanging at some point, but I figure I should give it some more time on the newbie routine. I have only been at it about a month now, so its probably too early to start hanging. Or at least that is what I have read over and over. Maybe if I started hanging only a pound or two that could be alright?

I know there are a number of different ADS devices out there, but are there any that won’t put too much stress on my unit since I am still in the very early stages of PE?

Get as much gains as you can from the newbie routine (time needed varies per person), then as soon as those gains stop consider ‘harsher’ alternatives.

Honestly, I haven’t seen any gains yet. So if this continues, at what point should I consider my newbie routine efforts futile?

How long have you been at it now?

I started on March 7th, so today is my 2 month mark. Still no visible gains. I haven’t measured in a month though, so I could have some minimal gains that I just can’t see.

Hanging increases the turkey neck.

Well, this should go without saying but definitely measure monthly or every 2 weeks near the beginning. Would you wait 3 months to step onto the scale after starting to exercise?

I would try hanging with the vac hanger. That does not do skin at all, just make sure the cup fits right.

No, but results from weight loss exercises show up much quicker than results from PE. Would you get on a scale an hour after starting to exercise?

Making decisions based on too frequent of measuring can lead to an unnecessary increase of intensity of the routine which can increase the possibility of injury, or it can pressure you to move onto new exercises without giving them a fair chance to work.

Measure as often as you like, but take your time before changing things up. :)

Maybe for people who are terrible at it. I gained .25 the first month and it was not EQ because I was 18. Not measuring for months on end is not the way to go about this, and the length pros (BIB) recommends monthly no doubt. When it comes to length, BPFSL is valuable, and that, does change within a very reasonable amount of time for most.

I don’t have turkey neck and I do get the turtling. The ball sac has a thickened area at the center that runs the entire underside of my dick. As I’ve grown a little in length and moreso in girth it seems to have not grown. When I have a rock hard erection it gets stretched to the point where it is a little painful when it rubs against something like for the sake of conversation “dry pussy hair”. Maybe the turtling is related? Maybe I need to stretch more?

Anything sound familiar? I do at least an hour a day of Fowfer stretches. I manual stretch, jelq, kegel & clamp w/edging.

It may be more helpful to others on this site if you to try and look at your initial success as you being lucky enough that the first thing you tried worked well for you.

Being 18 doesn’t guarantee 100% EQ.

OP, have you slowly increased intensity/duration over time?
