Do a google search for ball/testicle stretching. It takes a little while to get used to, but there are weights you can buy that go above your nuts, and they stretch out that skin. You can leave them on 24/7, after the first week I didn’t feel they were there anymore. I saw a difference within a month. The cheapest and best place I found to get weights is a website called “the chain gang”
