What stretches target the tunica more so than others. I am wanting to learn them all and give them a try!


Start 2007: 6.75" BPEL-4.9" EGMS- 5.5" Base Girth

Current: 7" BPEL-5.1" EGMS- 5.8" Base Girth

Goal: 7.5" BPEL-6.5" EGMS- 7" Base Girth

The suspensory and fundiform ligaments support the penis from above. They tend to receive more of the force from downward stretches. By stretching in an upward direction all of the pull is placed on the shaft of the penis. While some of that force goes to the very tight ligaments and muscles that attach the ends of the corpora cavernosa (CC) to the pelvic bones, they aren’t easily manipulated and the force tends to concentrate on the tunica (and skin).

Everyone is different. There’s no good way to predict or tell someone what will work for them. Some guys never gain. If you do everything then something will probably work. That is: do jelqs of 3 seconds duration for one or two hundred strokes. Do manual stretching in five directions (up, down, left, right, and straight out). Do some kegels. Clamping can help with girth. Just be careful and don’t overdo it.

I’ve been doing the pinch grip that westla recommended to me a few weeks ago, but I’ve only tried it a few times. Got some weird red spot now….. Been taking a little time off. I notice a better tunica stretch when my dick is pretty erect, otherwise I just expand my CS and my CC doesn’t feel hardly any expansion.

Girth exercises (jelqing, clamping, squeezes, etc) and fulcrum/bundled/upward stretching should target the tunica pretty effectively.

Dicko what are you saying? That clamping and squeezes help length? I have always hear otherwise.

This is my stretching routine.
warm up

30 sec to the right
30 sec to the left
30 sec down
30 sec up
30 sec straight out
5 cranks
2 30 sec double bundled tunica stretches
40 sec down
40 sec up
v stretch

200 jelqs from 20-90% erection

warm down

When I stretch I start soft and work up to a really intense pull. How does that routine sound? I am the last time I checked at 7.25” BPFSL.

I’m saying girth exercises mainly works/stretches the tunica, that’s all. Does it help with length? I don’t know, there’s no guarantees. People have claimed they’ve gained length from clamping only routines, others claim it can hinder length gains.

If you want to go for length specifically, then sure, you probably want to have stretching in your routine. Squeezes might not be optimal for length but I wouldn’t rule out clamping and definitely not jelqing. Your routine has a good mix of exercises, and I see you do some jelqing, I think it’s a good idea even if you’re only going for length. Good luck :)

First off. Sorry to thunder, I wrote hear instead of heard. My bad.

I also feel you can gain some length from clamping. Before my decon break I was still at 7” BPEL and a little above while I was on that routine without any stretching at all!
