Can Somebody direct me to good starting and intermediate tunica stretches.. Links would be awesome thanks!!

P.S. When I try to stretch not directly under the glans -because I’m uncircumsised I pull the skin back.. But if I pull an inch below the glans I keep pulling like the skin around the penis connected to my balls and sides of my crouch- and not really the INNER penis. Is this a problem?


Started: 11/05 at 5 inches NBPEL

Now: 3/15 5.65 NBPEL

I have the same problem!

I can’t tell if it’s my skin I’m stretching or my ligs

Feels like skin mostly it’s quite annoying!

Tunica stretch: jelqs.
You can feel your ligaments at the base, 2 of them left and right sides. They are felt much easier when you pull it a little. Do a stretch with one hand and feel the base with the other hand. You’LL see.

This way you can adjust the tension on ligaments.

Sorry, I thought I know what is ligament before I saw your post, what? The ligaments are on the left and right sides of the base of penis, then what is the tendon just on the base of penis? Please tell me, I am a newbie and just started. Thank you!
