Tunica stretch

Tunica stretch

If one of the only ways to gain is by stretching the tunica then why don’t we have a list of workouts that stretch the tunica. This is should it’s own routine. If someone had a list or knows a lot of exercises for the tunica could you please post it. I’ve been stretching downward and whiling driving pulling dick underneath and sitting on it lightly stretched for 20 minutes.

I’ve also been holding a stretch then rolling it with a shampoo bottle or something round in the shower. Also downward stretch with a jelq at the end.

I think some clarification is needed here. When someone says that stretching the ligs won’t affect length, they do not mean that using the traditional “lig focused” exercises will not work. Far from it.
You’re getting a physiological distinction mixed up with an (in my opinion) outdated labeling.

What’s meant is that all growth/lengthening occurs in the tunica. That’s it. No reference to specific exercises. That does not change the fact that straight down -is- most likely the most productive direction to stretch in.

Ya I know. But why can’t we only focus on the ones that do work the tunica. I’m just curious which ones work it the most.

While using a fulcrum will target more stress to a certain point of the shaft, it makes sense that any stretch (assuming you are holding the end of the shaft) will target the entire tunica. Think of pulling on one end of a rope with the other end tied to a tree, no matter which direction you pull, the entire length of rope (between the two end points) should be receiving the same amount of force.

Pictorial explanation.

Maybe this helps?

I have noticed that while fulcrum hanging, different fulcrum diameters and positions seem to pull the ligaments differently.

Does this represent a different division of force?

Some fulcrum hangs seem to hit only the tunica and provide no ligament discomfort whatsoever.

The most direct tunica exercise I’ve ever experienced was a two handed shaft stretch where you literally pull your shaft apart with your hands.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Depending how the fulcrum is set up it may work mechanically much like a pulley, (to use the rope metaphor again) reducing the amount of force felt at the base.

Well, that was my whole point: the answer is still straight down stretches.

I’ve heard of a couple more. Ulli’s with erect bend up.

Wouldn’t that just be a shaft skin stretch?

Started (6-10-12) BPEL: 7.000", NBPEL: 6.0" EG: not certain

Current (10-20-13) BPEL: 7.75", NBPEL: 6.375", EG: 4.875"

Goal: NBPEL: 7.5", EG: 5.5"

I so want to gain a bit this week. It’s my girlfriends 21st and we are geting a hotel room in the room with 5 drunk ass hot girls. I’ve already brought up an orgy and she seemed excited by that. I really this if I play my cards perfectly I could have at least 3 girls sucking my cock at night. Does anyone have a different workout that isn’t traditional and might give me some temporary gains. I found brand new workouts really do great.
