Tunica Stretch Help Needed

Dear experts,

I need to know which manual stretch exercises can stretch tunica. My LOT is 6:00. I learn from this excellent website that tunica work is only way for 6:00 LOT. I am doing manual stretch at 12:00 and 9:00. I also do V-stretch and Inverted V-stretch. How can I increase my length please help me. When I ejaculate I cannot squirt so I am doing 100 kegel daily. Kegel means squeezing the anus right? When I will be able to squirt? Please answer.

You better be careful with those V-stretches, they’re intense. I believe it’s the reason that caused my premature ejaculation. I’m not sure, but I’ve never got premature ejaculation from jelqing.

Most of vets of this excellent site keep repeating: forget about LOT.

Your tunica is stretched with any kind of stretch, V-stretch and inverted V-stretch hit tunica with less or none stretching of ligs. As far as simple stretches, SO and SO are more the most productive for gains. You should always do jelqs too, they have a sinergistic effect with stretches.

Yes Kegeling means squeezing the anus.

Some people, myself included, have seen a lot of gains from working the tunica in any direction despite their Loss of Tugback angle. Hell, I gained a quater inch my first month hanging Between the Cheeks (primarily targets your ligaments) and I have a 6:00 lot. Just stay dedicated and keep your head up.

You need not worry about anything other than your newbie routine in terms of your length, hell, some guys even gain one inch.

As far as your shot, that may depend on how often you masturbate. I can kegal till the cows come home but if I came in the past twenty-four forget about it.

The LOT theory has baan “questioned” by some informed members of the forum. However I think that it is a mistake to reject it completely …. There is a kernal of truth to be listened to. My application of the theory is that I use it as ONE indicator of my potential in Lig gains from BTC hanging.

As for tunica growth … I haven’t been able to see an applicatione of the LOT theory. My method of attack on the tunica has been v-stretches and lots of them in multiple directions. This seems to be doing the trick for me. I have made some adjustment along the way but this is my approuch. The main adjustments that I made we’re tension level and the method and placement of the fulcrum. If it causes any pain … I backed off and tried something else.


Starting (10 / 2011): 6.50 BPEL, 5.50 MEG

Current: 7.50 BPEL, 6.00 MEG

Goal: 8.50 BPEL 6.50 MEG

Make a fist with the hand you will not be usin to grip your penis.

Place fist on top of cock, with fingers touching the fat pad (your knuckles should be closer to your glans).

Grip penis behind gland, and stretch over knuckles. If done right, the top side of your penis should be pressed against the back of your ‘fisted’ hand (during the stretch, of course).

I have been doing this carrier ion of the V-stretch for a while now, and I got great newbie gains with this manual stretch.

Good luck! Remember, hold all manual stretches for at least 20 seconds for maximum efficacy. Use baby powder for a good grip. Also, always be conscious of how much pressure you are exerting on the dorsal nerve of the penis, especially around the frenulum because it is especially sensitive.

Also, golf weights, used as a fulcrum, are also very effective, but these are only for conditioned PE-ers, who are PAST the newbie routine.

Thanks for your advice. But no one clearly told me what kind of exercise are best for me. I know that LOT theory is questioned. So can I do all stretches? My routine is here:

Manual stretches for 20 seconds each
500 jelqs
20 minute of pump.
100 kegel

I want to squirt. How many months needed to be able to do so? Also I need to know how to determine that my BC muscles are strong enough?

So your question makes you look very naive, and shows you haven’t put enough research into PE by yourself.. You need to read a lot more before you start making posts.

Sorry, I’m in a shitty mood right now, but I get told that I waste people’s time with my posts, so I’m not gonna stand for shit like this.

I doubt people will be able to give you a tailored routine that is best for you without a physical examination, and even then it would be guess work.

Everybody here test things out for themselves, carefully of course, and we try to guide each other as best we can but PE is a solitary sport. You were given several ideas to try. In fact I think I’ll try that fisted stretch given my proclivity to fisting :P

As for gains, manual stretching and jelqing give great gains for almost everybody so keep it up. The kegels should do the job for your squirt. When you urinate, if you can stop the flow of urine suddenly I would say your muscle should have the strength to squirt your load. That’s just my opinion though everyone is different.
