Hi guys,

I am new to the forum. I am doing the newbie routine now and in addition I use Penismaster Pro to hang and stretch about 4 hours a day( on a good day).

I have bee doing PE for a few years now, but laid still during the last two years. Wanna be back on the gaining train now.

I am a fan of all day stuff. Everything that could be integrated in your daily routinge worked the best for me.

So does anybody know killer exercises for the tunica. Since I checked Bib’s LOT Theory -and I think he has probalby got a point right there- I worry about not gaining no lenght through hanging and stretching.

LOT theory has nothing to do with tunica stretches. Everytime you stretch, you stretch your tunica, but when you stretch downward you target the tunica better.

If you want a tunica killer exercise, try fulcrum stretching. A combination of A stretches and V stretches works great for length, but these reguire some experience.

Fulcrum and BTC stretches are best for tunica work. LOT theory is just that. A theory. Personally I don’t bother with it.

Bundled stretches. I start my routine after 15 mins of heat then 5 mins of bundled stretches.

So how are your gains with streches? My experience with strechting is not that great.. Took me so much time with almost no succees..

All day tunica streching? Somebody who tried that?

Fulcrum streching for a long peroid like an hour?? I mean with a self build strecher/ device??

What would be a good amount of fulcrum streching?

I take a heating pad and wrap it around my cock 5 mins for every heat setting. My girth gains and EQ are excellent length hasn’t produced yet. My head is also bigger which is a nice surprise. My 90days will be up the February 1st then im going to extend and hang a bit. But continue my current routine with more force and stretch time. I also pump out about 500 kegals a day. My taint is on fire as i type this lol i also have an oil routine in my pine pollen log.

So i was inspired to to find more info on tunica stretches. Along with budled stretches you and do V grip and inverted V grip bundled stretches. I think im going to incorporate those tonight.

They are a great exercise.
