Tunica - how can you tell.

Tunica - how can you tell.

How can you tell if your tunica has toughened up?

- Toughened up to the point that you aren’t going to gain anything from continued exercise..

- How long of a break would it require to soften to a state conducive to growth

Thanks for any help you can provide.

If you are not gaining after two months of doing a routine that’s a good clue that you need to change things, potentially by adding more force.

After 6 months to a year of rest, hopefully you’ll be reasonably deconditioned.

You aren’t there judging from your other thread (What do you think of this routine?).

Yes, I was asking due to the response I received.

- My EQ is 10+.rock hard
- I would assume that would mean that my smooth muscle cells are more developed than my tunica .therefore my tunica would be my limiting factor.
- I just don’t know how to tell (by feel/sight/expansion) whether my tunica has toughened up

It’s probably safe to ignore smooth muscle for the purposes of PE.

The tunica toughening is an explanation for a lack of gains. It may be a correct explanation, it may not. Lack of gains is the key.

If you judge everything by gains, you are probably on the right track.

How was your routine in the past 8 months?

It looks like you’re doing a ton, maybe you’re a less is more guy?

Burn that tunica!

My routine wasn’t nearly as complex or lengthy for the majority of those 8 months. Also, I masturbated close to 5 times per week during that whole period.
