Do work the tunica everyday will improve my gains?

If work the tunica will boost my gains, how much and which exercises should I do?

Thinking in add one more exercise to my routine.

I am doing the newbie routine since april.

You already work your tunica with the newbie routine with a more gentle way in order to not make her stronger and prevent future gains.

If you want to target the tunica more you can try A and V stretches. But the rule is to try them when the gains from the newbie routine stops. Although i never follow this rule myself but i was extremely careful.

Big fan of bundled stretches and i just learned this week about bundled A and V stretches. Like yourself and trying to stretch the tunica. Remember HEAT HEAT and more HEAT. My heating pad might be my best tool in PE .

How do you mean the bundled A and V stretches? If you bundle your penis 2-3 times and then you perform an A stretch or a V stretch its too intense IMO and risky.

You can bundle your penis a little so the side of your penis is relying on your hand.

Do longer stretches, or pull a little harder. Listen to your penis, it should never hurt. It is just like working out in the gym.
