Tunica and Ligament stretching
Hi everyone, I would like to know whats the difference between stretching the tunica and the ligaments. I was reading in other forums that it’s important to stretch your ligaments first,why?
-What are the best stretches for getting everything out of my ligaments before I begin stretching my tunica?
-What are the best tunica stretches?
I’ve been PEing for 2 1/2 weeks now and I haven’t seen any growth, just increased hardness. I’m not trying to come off as impatient but I’m eager to learn more and I’m definitely faithful to PE.
Please help me!
