My LOT is at around 6 O’clock straight down, so should I work on Lig or Tunica Stretching and how do I go about doing each so I know that I’m targeting the area of either the Ligs or Tunica?


Since your LOT is the lowest possible, I would say stretch upwards at 12 o’clock. You may also hit the angles from 9 o’clock and up. So, basically straight out to straight up. Doing this would hit the tunica, and as you progress your LOT may make some movment upwards to say 7, then 8 and so on. Once you get your LOT higher, you may have the chance to hit your ligs.
