Hello good people of Thunder’s Place. I’m sorry if this is a shit post, but I could use some advice. This place is bursting with information for noobs and I have looked through a lot of it, but everything seems to be overly complex for what I actually want and I’m trying to boil it down. I’d like to see what people actually say in response to this. My size is 5.5” length and 4.5” girth. My length really doesn’t bother me (though a little growth there wouldn’t be a bad thing), but my girth is what I REALLY want to increase. Basically, I just want the most simple routine possible to get my girth to at least 5”. If I get to 5 I will be happy. I’ve read about warm ups and such so I’m not really look for info there I know what to do, but just the meat and potatoes of an exercise that you think would be effective at increasing girth at my size. I’m looking for something I could do for just a few minutes in the shower every day. When I read all these multi-step programs, I can’t tell if I could isolate the part that I actually care about and it would still be effective or not. Basically, in your experience, what is the best simple thing I could do to just get some modest girth gains? Thanks.

Get yourself ready first before focusing your energy on the girth. You still have to pick up the technique of the basics, so don’t expect major gains this early on.
