So I have been doing the newbie routine since December, and have had some amazing gains. My sig says that I started at 6.25 BP, but in hindsight I am thinking it was 6 even. Now I am at 6.75 when I have a really strong erection. As far as the girth goes I have no proper way to measure, but I believe I am up .25 inches from the starting point.

Now the question is where do I go from here? I am still looking to get about 7.5 BP length and 5.5 to 6 girth. Also, the increasing of the glans is something I am looking into now as I have found the light (THANK YOU THUNDER, I OWE YOU MY CONFIDENCE).

Does anyone have some good routine suggestions that still focus on both length and girth increases, glans as well if possible? I have tried searching this website and have found most members have moved onto aided growth, such as clamps and hanging, and I am not sure if I want to, or if I am ready to do that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If your still gaining then you don’t have to “move on” to anything. I assume your getting sick of the newbie routine and feel as though you should move on to something more advanced. Don’t assume that routines marked as “advanced” are better or bring “advanced” gains. They are only marked as advanced because they need pre conditioning to be attempted safely. Keep doing what your doing till your gains completely stop then think about moving on.

Some normally suggest to make sure you ‘cement’ the gains.

You say you have been doing the newbie routine since December, I would personally do what andromedan said and “cement” them gains, advance your routine, the same way your would if your were lifting weights in a gym. Increase the intensity or increase the time or amount of jelqing and stretching you do, this will help you cement the gains your have and most possibility lead to further gains, make your self a new routine, perform it for 4 weeks and see what happens gl.

Look into Bib’s devices they are nice.
