Hey guys, a newbie here. I’ll get right to the point, I’ve been following the newbie routine for the last month and have seen some gains. But I want to start my own routine in about two weeks. And was looking for some guidelines from existing members on how to come up with a personalized routine. Which focuses on girth a bit more than length but without losing focus on the length. Thanks in advance. I am also thinking about using a pump. But I am completely lost, don’t know where to begin.

Hey kerobrose, I am not a veteran or anything but someone is most likely just going to tell you to keep doing what you are doing until gains completely stop. They will say why change what you are doing when it is working for you.

I recommend you keep going nice and slowly so your penis doesn’t get tough and conditioned too quickly and once you all gains stop from the newbie routine come back and ask the vets for something different.

But for now just keep going slowly and the gains will come rather than not if you push too quickly. Give it another couple months and see were you’re at. I wish you luck.

The general idea you should stick to is if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

You should milk gains out of the newbie routine for all it’s worth and really only consider moving up the crazy chain once what you’re doing stops working.

The most anyone should recommend is adding reps and maybe an intermediate stretch to sample.

The newbie routine is as easy as it gets. If you’re lucky it could be all you ever need.

I agree with both of the above posts. Finding something that works for you on your first shot is a blessing in the PE world, stick to it as you might not be so lucky with the next thing.

Thanks for the help guys. Then what about a modification to the current newbie routine, because it doesn’t have any girth exercises in it.

The jelq is actually a girth exercise when done properly. I’d consider a variation of the jelq to accustom yourself to more intensity by using something you are familiar with.

I’d recommend you continue what you are doing until all gains stop completely. Let us know what your starting stats are and the gains you have made until then and we can tweak from there. Changing the routine will rarely speed up gains unless you are lucky or ruin them completely. Remember it is not a race.

Find out what the newbie routine will do for you in regards to gains and then you might find that your girth or length has reached your goal or close to it. Then you can possibly change the routine to suit your next set of goals. Just make sure your goals are realistic and take it nice and steady.

Rushing will only lead to you conditioning and strengthening the tissues and they will cease to gain.

But are you following the newbie routine exactly as it says?

Not exactly. I just stretch a little less than what is prescribed in the newbie routine. Everything else is just as it says there.

Do something like:

20 jelq, 20 clamp, 20 stretch, and then if you wanna do more do Ullis or dry jelq. This should focus mostly on grith but still some on length too
