Trying to develop a new routine
Hey guys, a newbie here. I’ll get right to the point, I’ve been following the newbie routine for the last month and have seen some gains. But I want to start my own routine in about two weeks. And was looking for some guidelines from existing members on how to come up with a personalized routine. Which focuses on girth a bit more than length but without losing focus on the length. Thanks in advance. I am also thinking about using a pump. But I am completely lost, don’t know where to begin.
