After a set of jelqing I try an exercise where I make the ok grip at the base of my penis squeeze and hold for like 30 seconds, i repeat like 2 or 3 times… is this an effective exercise? is there a name for it or something similar? Im hoping to work out girth.

Or basically doing a less effective clamp.

You do this flaccid or hard?
Do you squeeze just with your hand or your PC muscle?

I think it does have a name: Waste of time!

Actually how new are you to PE? Workout girth when you are happy with your length. However long it takes. No rush!


Im erect (not fully) and have been doing PE for a couple weeks… Fields worst, yeah like a clamp I guess

Manual clamping is not useless but be careful with it.
