Trying again, for longer than a month

Hey all, just short introduction. I’m 20 years old. I have tried PE on and off a couple of times. Not usually for longer than a month at a time tho. Just seemed to lose motivation for some reason. Any how, I plan to give it a go again. My NBPEL at the moment is at around 7in exactly. My goal for the next 4-6 months is to try get to 8in NBPEL. Its a tall order yes, but its what I’m aiming for, and if I don’t make my goals I’m 100% ok with that, any gain will be great. My routine is very simple, just try get in 10-20min jelqing daily and 10-20 manual stretching. I just try fit what I can into my busy schedule. Anyway, I’m going to update monthly, as not to measure too frequently

Good luck! I too have often found it difficut to stay motivated or give enough time to PE. The gains do come though-stick at it.

You should update weekly and stay active in the forum. I have found that it has helped in keeping me motivated.

What motivates me most to always want to get a bigger penis is thinking of times when women have flirted with me and put emphasis on the word,
‘Big’ and looking in my eyes a certain way. I am not talking about immature girls; I mean mature professional women.

One must always want a bigger, better looking penis even just after sex.

Hey man, it’s hard to stay on track, have been on routine for a few weeks or couple months a number of times then PE gets lost in the mix. Trying to get going again with it myself. When I have before, I always notice improvements and I guess get content with that. Then the improvements fade to a degree because I drop out. Maybe can keep each other motivated!

I am looking forward to seeing your progress! That is if you are able to stay consistent! :) Do what it takes and focus on enjoying your PE.

What is your mid-shaft girth measurement?


PE Goal: 7.5" NBP x 5.8" MSG

7” to 8”? That’s cake. You should be able to do it in like 6 months to a year if you keep at PE hard-body.

I like that idea, I seem to always end up questioning myself, “Should I really be worried about my size” .and then stop with my routine, and then end up trying again at a later stage.

This internal conversation is SCP at work. I struggle with this too, and it demotivates me. This is why I don’t like SCP being posted in threads. Once I filter this stuff out of my mind, it allows me to be consistent with my PE, and consistency is the foundation of PE.

To be honest, I think SCP is absolute horse-shit. But I will agree with you that it can be demotivating. I’ve found I’ve been the most die-hard at my PE routines when I thought I absolutely needed the size increase. Once my girl told me she thought I was well equipped I slowly starting phasing PE out, now I want her to tell me its a monster.

Just measured my EG to be at 4.72in.I thought it was more than that, anyway, just something else to work on:)

Hell, plain old newbie gains should get you most of the way to your goal. But you have to stick with it. How much do you want 8 inches? That’s where your motivation comes from.

Day 11: took a day off yesterday. Think I’m going to follow 2 days on 1 off type of thing.. At the moment I’m doing 10min of jelqing twice a day, in the morning and evening.. Along with some stretches. I’m probably starting off a bit more intense than usual.. But if I notice any negative signs ill ease off straight away.. But otherwise so far so good. Should I measure for gains every month? Or rather every 2 months?
