Try this out - Mod pleade move to overall forum not for beginners
Hey guys so was sitting on the can today doing a few usual ULI’s. Had an idea to do a half uli half way up the shaft with an Ok grip with thumb facing abdomen. After i had this half ULI. I rotated my hand clockwise while holding the ULI. This gave me a fulcrum(thumb) stretching kind of ULI. I did 3 of these for 30 seconds, Afterwards my flaccid hang was nice. The ULI gave leverage for the stretch without pain. Is this a smart exercise to do? Im not sure how much pressure is being exerted on glans when doing this. All I know my PIs stayed good and no pain. Maybe a few capillaries didnt like it.
