Does Masturbation/ having sex shorten your penis?

I heard this preached on another forum I usually go to, and was just curious.

Let me take a couple of deep breaths here, before I say something I will regret just as soon as I hit submit.

The answer to your question is NO. Masturbation or sex does not effect your penis in that manner.

The answer is a resounding YES. In fact, every time I have an orgasm, my penis shrinks to about half its former size (for at least 20 minutes).
