True or False

I am new to PE and I still hold a certain amount of skepticism. It seems one of those “too good to be true” things. People say “just try it what have you got to lose” which to me is moronic because those not well informed may put their most vital appendage through undue stress and even when well-informed there are still dangers, as they say “ya only got one.” Some of my skepticism comes from hearing countless accounts such as from the radio (love-line w/Adam Corrola or however you spell his name, and a doctor) who attested that PE is not possible, they even had some volunteers use a few different techniques. Also, I forget the link but a writer for yahoo.com wrote saying that there is no way to enlarge the penis. I guess since it’s the fact that I have heard so many counts saying it is not possible (yet on here it seems that even some pills can add 1/2 inch which before I thought was bs and just increased BF, so best if combined with PE). Some people say ‘why would someone go through the trouble of making free websites if it wasn’t real’ but then others say to further the sale of products. But to me it seems that there is just too much info out there and too many people talking about their experiences in what seem to be valid accounts for it not to be real.

I know people will say ‘try it and find out for yourself’ but the potential dangers shy me away from it. The issues of stretching tissue, ED, loss of sensation etc.

I guess the main thing I’m getting at here is what is something that can ‘make me a believer’ so to speak because I would love to post on here a few months from now with solid gains and help pass the torch and good info.

I’m a newbie myself, and perhaps an overly-optimistic one, but why would there be hundreds of people on this site posting false gains, false advice, bogus instructional videos, pictures, etc.?

I highly doubt they do it just to kill time.

It defintaly works. Some better and faster then others. But I am 100% sure. And so are almost all the members here.

Starting, Feb. 04' BPEL 5.5, EG 4.5, Feb 06' BEPEL 6.00, EG 5.0

Summer goal- 6.25 BPEL, 5.25 EG, HELP ME GET IT!

I can only say what I know from personal experience. After two years of PE I would say it takes about three years to gain an inch of length.

I am a highly sceptical person who has been educated in the most rigorous scientific disciplines. If others claim gains are easier or more difficult I cannot comment; all I can say, from my experience, is that an inch in 3 years is achievable.

Feb 2004 BPEL 6.7" NBPEL ???? BPFSL ???? EG 5.65" Feb 2005 BPEL 7.1" NBPEL 5.8" BPFSL 6.9" EG 5.8" Feb 2006 BPEL 7.3" NBPEL 5.8" BPFSL 7.6" EG 5.85" Feb 2007 BPEL 7.3" NBPEL 5.8" BPFSL 7.5" EG 5.9"

The only way to find out for yourself is to try it. Start with a newbie routine and there won’t be much in the way of risk - especially the ones you describe. Just take it easy, start slow AND, measure yourself now for comparisons 3, 6, 9 and 12 months out. The only investment you have to make is about 1/2 hr per day and a lot of research time here at Thunders.

I was dreaming when I thought it couldn't done, but now I know I have work to do.

Came with: NBPEL 5.875, EG @ Scarline 4.5 Mustered up: 7 x 5 Looking for: 9 x 6 Will settle for: 8 x 5.5

If it doesn’t work for you, it’s because you don’t work hard enough at it. It is hard work, and results are slow. Many people who say they tried it and it didn’t work ‘played’ at it for a couple of months. If you’re not willing to give it time and follow the ‘instructions’, you can be sure you will be disappointed.

However! If you follow the ‘newbie’ routine for three months, exactly as laid out, you will be a believer. Besides which this site is addictive. There are many hours of superb reading on all aspects of PE. Education is vital; read as much as you can. It will speed up gains but very importantly help you avoid injuries. There are always plenty of amusing and informative threads outside the subject of PE too.

The Newbie Routine has been very carefully worked out. It really is the best place to start if you want gains without injury and to condition your penis to take more potentially ‘dangerous’ exercises later. The Newbie Routine is also superb for general penile health!

Happy PEing. And welcome to the site. We all hope to see you posting your gains a few months from now.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

Mbuc:

Would you say your experience is based on 2 years of consistent exercising, including evolution into more intense forms (ie; stretching, hanging, etc)? Or have you basically been doing the same routine all along, perhaps with slight modifications? Also - have you taken long periods of time off which might have negated some of your gains? Just curious. I’m new to this and any feedback is appreciated.

Cheers.

Good questions, fauxreal.

I don’t believe anybody, no matter how high their intentions are, can maintain a consistent PE routine over years, real life gets in the way!

There have been changes to my routine and breaks of a week or two, or a month or two, but over two years I think they are inevitable and may even be a good thing. If you keep reading up on here you will soon be calling then "deconditioning breaks". :)

There is a ton of good information in this site, I think the best advise I can give is that you should read as much as you can in the PE related forums and set your PE goals in the long term (at least 2 years).

My personal PE progress is in this thread One Year Down, Two To Go

It would be a good idea if there was some means whereby funding could be put forth for giving testing the claims of PE exercises to the rigours of scientific testing. Does anybody know of such research either past present or proposed for the future?

I am also new, about a month. As a kid when I got into weight lifting I happened to be one of those gainers. I mean it didn’t take long but that was not something I ever stayed with, wasn’t me.Two shirt sizes in six months.Thirty lbs. In four months.Friend couldn’t believe I wasn’t going to stay with it. Well I have a short dick! About a month ago I found this site and figured, WTF. I tried it for the month a couple times a day. I followed the newby routine and I’ve gained an inch already. Started at 5.5 and it’s now 6.5”. I did all the measuring everything, one inch. BUT, I don’t know if all of a sudden I have a yeast infection or whats going on. Last night I bought some OTC meds/cream and have applied it. I started getting an itch last week that was driving me insane everytime I touched myself. I was using baby oil for my lube and maybe it was the perfume have no idea.Got some ugly bumps and they have decline rapidly today, thank God! Flacid was always embarrassing, it’s hanging.I don’t know any of these people, I am selling no products.Once my dick stops itching I am back at it. Just have to do one thing at a time just to make sure the itch doesnt come back and it’s is just a yeast infection. I’ve never had one before but wife says thats what it looks like. She also said she did the white clothes with a new and improved soap. She rewashed all the whites and said she hopes it wasn’t that and she is so sorry.I havent told her what I’ve been doing. So if THEY say it doesnt work, thats fine. But it is working for me.

Prime, stop being a little pvssy. It works.pe is in my eyes a gift from god, ok. You know how many guys would love in extra inch?? I got that magical extra inch from jelqing for a few months and I wasn’t a pvssy about doing it and my dick is fine. Be a man for god sakes, you don’t know how lucky you are to have this info.

Wow, frekin wow. I gained an inch in length from the time I began in October til December. Basically, I’m getting myself back into pe now. If only I could get some girth tho, but the 3 years thing shocks me.

Aha

Thanks for all the replies. And yes I would say I am being a ‘pvssy’ and this is one situation where a little extra caution is good. I started it up yesterday and will try to be consistent from here out.

Oh and younhard you should really tell your wife what you are doing, she is your WIFE after all. And plus I don’t see how she can’t tell something is up since people don’t spray magical grow on their units and make em’ magically sprout an inch.

But anyway I guess let the games begin

Prime,

Skepticism is a good thing. If you approached the subject of PE with no doubt whatsoever, I would be very worried about you. No doubt, there are people who lie about their gains. I don’t think it’s common, but there have been some memorable cases.

I started PE being cautiously optimistic. I downloaded a newbie routine (one I found from some other site that I can’t ever remember now), and I did it religiously, with special attention to safety. I measured about once per week. After 2 months, I started to see my girth increase—just a little. I saw no length gains. During the month that followed, I saw both girth and length increases. At the end of 3 months, I had grown 0.5” in length and 0.5” in girth. I was ecstatic.

This was where the true work began, however. Although I continued to gain girth (up to about 0.8” gain, after which I stopped trying), length gains came to a complete halt. I tried manuals, pumping, and heavy hanging. Nothing worked. Then I took a long break. I came back to a very simple, manual routine, with some light hanging (10# or less). After about 3 months of that, I found that I had picked up another 1/4” in length.

Then it stopped. I took another long break. I started again with light to moderate hanging and some jelqing. I picked up another 1/4”. Now, after about 21 months total of PE, I am 0.9 to 1.0” longer and 0.9-1.0” girthier than I was before I began.

This may not sound like much, but it has made a huge difference. Most significantly, I am no longer shy about my manhood. I actually like it when people see me naked. I’ve gone from the small side of average to the large side of average, which usually suits me just fine.

I’ve spent a lot of money on PE equipment, but I think that most of it was unnecessary. You can really do everything you need to do, especially as a beginner, just with your hands and a little ingenuity.

Good posts, all! This topic is a “prime” example (ha ha) of how PE is clearly different for everyone - yet the common denominator is we’re all doing it. If you don’t DO IT, how will you ever know if it works?

Til next time —
