Has anyone any experience with trt ? I need something to save me from the life I’ve been put in to. I am only 26 year olds so aware I’m young. My last test was around 10nmol/l which is very low, this condition was found to late, I had surgery but it was too late, this had led to suicidal ideations. I can’t do it do it, as I love my family.

You sound desperate. It does sound low, though I’m not aware of that particular unit. If it is that far out of the ordinary then I would definitely give the a try. No experience with it myself.

But one thing I can say that helps, is meditation. Seriously. Just let your mind go where it will and don’t make it do anything. Give it permission to wander for 10 minutes in as much silence as you can find.
