Trouble with straight-down stretch

I’m having trouble getting a grip that is strong enough to get an effective straight down stretch. I seem to have to pull rather hard to feel any stretch and then my grip won’t hold. Any tips? I’ve used toilet paper squares and gloves, which help a little with grip strength, but I still can’t seem to pull hard enough.

Yeah my dick gets stronger and stronger too everytime I stretch, I almost broke a finger last time. I have to use two hands now when stretching.. I started doing forearm workouts. When your dick reaches maximum strength and resistance power on your stretches, that’s when the size gains really begin.

Any tips on form for downward stretches?

I would not worry about it. If you can’t get a grip, it isn’t an exercise you need to do. As using anything too abrasive or too tight a grip would simply add up to a poor choice as far as the injury chances you would be adding. Just because you can’t do it doesn’t mean it is the best thing in the world for you to be doing.

Though, before I started stretching straight down, I usually would start by following my thighs with my downward stretches. That may prepare you and be of some use as well if you can’t get straight down.

Sounds like you are pulling way too hard. Out of all the directions the straight down stretch should be the easiest to feel because of the angle. I can’t see why you have to pull harder in that direction.


7-20-16: BP: 7.63 NBP 6.75 x 5.75

3-22-17: BP: 8.44 NBP 7.56 x 5.75

Try wrapping your index finger over the end of your thumb and turning your wrist downward a bit (thumb side turns down, pinky knuckle raises up).

The stronger grip & slight bend in your penis should cut down on slippage. Make sure the foreskin is pulled back as much as possible.

I read this here at some point, and does work. After you shower and dry off grip is much better. Also, I’m going to try this, but haven’t got to a sporting goods store yet. Rosin bag or power, my irritate skin on the unit. One of my ADS cups slips off under tension. See what happens!

Thoughtfulgold: what do you mean by “following your thighs”? And I’d just heard that the straight down stretch was one of the most important to do for length, so I assumed it was essential to my routine.

Rahman810: for some reason I just don’t feel much of a stretch in the downward direction. At first it was mostly skin stretch feeling, but now it’s a little bit in the ligs, but I have to pull pretty hard to feel any “stretch” feeling. You actually need to feel a stretch for it to be productive right? I’m not sure what else I should be doing. Any tips?
