I’m having trouble finding or using the BC muscle, I know it’s the one you use to stop pissing but when I actually try to do kegels it either doesn’t clench as much or I’m using the wrong muscle, and I think it makes me have to shit. Also should I be doing kegels while I have an erection?

You can feel the bulbocavernosus (also called the bulbospongiosus) muscle with your fingers. It’s between your scrotum and your anus. It’s not unusual for new guys to clench a lot of pelvic muscles before they learn which one is correct. It doesn’t hurt to contract others, BTW. Nor is it a problem to do Kegels when erect, but they can be done flaccid, too. If you are erect and can make your penis “jump” then you’re doing a kegel. If you’re flaccid and do a kegel then your penis will slightly retract inward.

I don’t have any problem finding it when I’m pissing or after I’m done, but when I try any other time it seems like theres two muscles between the anus and scrotum and I’m clenching the one closer to the anus so Ill just have to start doing it with an erection. Also since I’ve started doing kegels it seems like how long I can last has actually decreased, should I be actively trying to clench the muscle to stop cumming or should it do it by itself?

Just try and do the penis lift, where you just sit there and lift up your penis without touching it. That is your BC muscle.

Try putting your hand on your flaccid penis when it’s pointing up towards your stomach, when you kegal you should be able to feel the muscle pulsate the inside of your penis near the base..

I think!! Pretty new to kegals myself but thats what I feel when doing them

If you’re doing kegels during intercourse that may speed the ejaculation process, especially during the early stages of muscle development. Because your PC will tire, which can no longer hold the load. You can clench your PC during sex only after you make it really strong.

What you need is a period of solid training to slowy develop the muscle. It may seem like you’re not clampig good enaugh, because your muscle is currently weak. As time passes, it will strengthen, and will feel much better. So you should just continue.
