Hello, I have been jelqing for 9 months now but on and off. It seems that every time I start to jelq, I gain girth. My stats 5 months ago were NBPEL: 5.75 in. & EG: 5in.
Now 5 months later it is 6.0 x 6.0
I have never done any of the squeezes, I have only been jelqing.the newbie routine for couple of months then I decided to jelq 15 mins rather 10 mins.

So I only warm up for 5-10 mins, stretch for 5 minutes, jelq for 10-15 minutes, 50 kegels, warm wrap for 5 mins.

Can someone please help me, I really don’t want to grow more than 7 inches in girth. Girls my age are pretty tight, haha.
Btw, I am almost 19 if it makes any difference

I’m new, but I’m using the same routine for two months. However, I’ve been lurking on the site for quite some time. I’ve had some decent success—.6” increase in NBPEL and .3” EG. You will probably hear the same thing from others, but as long as you have had no problems with EQ, I would recommend upping the stretching and jelqs; just five more minutes each. Also, I would take a look at the psychological indicator posts and try to see if you have been over-working your unit. If EQ and PI are both looking good, then upping your routine sounds about the best thing you could try. Someone back me up! Good luck to you, though!

Remember, the general view is jelqing at a certain erection level gives differing results.

Jelqing with a rock hard erection will generally give girth gains.

Jelqing with lower erection levels general gives length increases.

Also, any ideas of how I could maintain a low erection for 15 mins? Because my penis stays rock hard every time I go at it, any tips?

I think after 5 months of jelqing one would get a little desensitized to it, but apparently that doesn’t apply to you lol. If you’re getting too hard just take a break for a second and then get back to it. Congrats on the gains. That’s a nice girth you got there.

Well: your problem isn’t that you aren’t gaining length, but that you are gaining girth at super speed. You gained 0.25” EL and 1” girth in 5 months!! That’s incredible, so congrats for gains.

Do less jelqs, and at fewer erection level, while up stretching and add some fulcrum stretch (‘V’ and ‘A’ stretch and similars).

PS: if your girth is augmented, even if your length remained the same you had gained length, because TA is longer - think at the shape of your dick, isn’t something closer to ‘( )’ than to ‘l l’?
