Struggle to fit kegals in your daily routine?

Knock out a set every time you get caught at a red light on your way to and from work. Or if you get the bus to work every time you stop for passengers.

Pointless post. But I’m a bit bored.

Lol I do this sometimes and everytime I put a sale through at work I try remember to kegel :)

Was kegelling during my haircut today was thinking if only she knew what I was upto hahaha
