Traction device not working

Hey guys. Bought a quality traction device to try and straighten out my penis. The problem is, my foreskin has a lot of play on my shaft, and the device doesn’t seem to pull the shaft at all, but rather the foreskin. So much so that the shaft itself pulls out of the loop, especially as the erection diminishes. I’ve tried various ways, but it just seems ineffective on my package. Any suggestions?
