Traction and Head Size

For all you people using a traction device like the Jes, Andro, etc.

Have you noticed whether or not your head gets bigger over the course?

The main problem I have, and many others, is slipping out.

I gave up on the noose and took a long silicone sleeve, installed it behind the head and used a small cable clamp.

This worked for a while, but then I noticed that the silicone tube does tend to slip more and more. Instead I’m using cable ties to hold the clamp in place.

I’ve noticed that the tension is definitely better.

It’s a pain to put on ..
Pull back the skin, hold it there, add some tissue or bandage, put on the silicone sleeve, put on the device, clamp, put the head through the top, tighten ..
Takes a little while.

If my head was bigger, I think it would be easier. <-Does the head get progressively bigger?

Currently I can do traction for about 20 - 40 min before slipping out naturally, or removing the device.

I am doing some clamping, kegels, massage, .. Etc. But jelq just seems redundant as the stretcher does the same job.

I have been using the Jes for almost a year now. What you must do is make sure everything is clean before you fasten it. Wash your hands, wash the silicone tube and put some baby powder on it. Then put some on your penis head and fasten it.

The main reason it keeps slipping is because of fat on the silicone tube. You have to wash your hands every time you plan on touching that tube. Also, sweat will cause it to slip.

I have not noticed any big difference in penis head size but I never measured it before I started PE. All I can say is that I had a hell of a time in the beginning with the jes. It slipped off for nothing and I had even more problems with this when I increased tension. Now I wash my hands, put on some baby powder and fasten it just like it is and it stays on. I know a member named Kristian noticed an increase in head size from using it.

Get monkeybars AutoEXT headpiece. I’ve used an AutoEXT plenty, and never once has it slipped off.

I think that jelq is not redundant as the stretcher does not engorge the veins in the same way. Additionally, if you want your head to grow, jelq then hold just below the head, and you will have some good gains there.

babbis - good advice. I did try cornstarch. Same problem, albiet not as much. It could just be the learning curve. I’ll keep trying.

Unfortunately, the headpiece for the AutoEXT is no longer available on the site. It is being redesigned.

I would be happy to work with MonkeyBar on improving the design.

I have a problem holding and keeping an erection, so the jelq seems to be just stretching. However, when I clamp, I do try to jelq.
