Towel lifts vs kegels which is better

Towel lifts are when you place a rag over penis and lift it for like 10 reps. I read somewhere they are just as good as kegels. Is this true can anyone confirm this? Do they make you last longer during sex or is it just for EQ?

Towel lifts are kegels. They are just kegels with the added resistance of the weight of a towel.

Will they help you get bigger? Because that is weight on the penis. Have you ever tried them? Do they help you last longer? Are they the best kind of kegel you can do?

I don’t know that they are, or that there is, a “best” way to do them. I would think they would be helpful with both hardness and stamina, but I don’t think that doing them with or without resistance would add to size, outside of maybe a little additional hardness. The only caveat I would attach is that you shouldn’t do a bunch of either too close to when you have sex It’s been my experience that if my BC muscle is fatigued I cum quicker. So give that muscle 24 hours of rest before any big dates I guess is what I’m trying to say.

I know when I do kegels the same day as I have sex I cum waaay to fast.So that must’ve meant that Ineeded to rest them,thanks for the advice. Do the towel lifts make your PC muscle stronger?

There is a thread discussing the difference between the pubococygeous and the bulbocavernosa muscles. But basically, doing towel raises will strengthen that muscle you are trying to hit. So short answer is yes. See this link as well. Telling the difference between BC and PC muscle
