Totally confused need your assistance

Hello to all. I will get straight to the point even though I would like to thank everyone who tries to assist me in any way. I am 21 years old and I am into PE for about something less than a year but with starts and stops that did not give me any gains so I decided to start for real a week ago. I have done 10 rep of stretches of 30 sec each and about 70 wet jelqs for 3 days then I took a day off. Everything were fine my hang was the best I have seen for a long time now and my EQ was very good. Then the next day after my day off I did again the same amount of stretches but with 85 wet jelqs and with a bit more erection which I think was the problem at least in my opinion.. My penis turtled so I thought it was better to give it a time off. After two days I spent some time with my gf and my EQ was pretty good so I thought to give it a try again today. After the 10 min warm up I started with wet jelqs this time and after only 15reps my penis had started to turtle so I stopped and did 10 min warm down and took some glycine of 500 mg which I take every day after the turtling. I don’t have a morning wood since I was at my teen age so I don’t really have that as a positive PI. What I really want to ask is how many days I should take as a break and how will I know that my penis is really again ready for workout. Sorry for the big post and thanks again for your time.

What your problem is? Just the turtling? It is quite common the first time you PE.

The point mate is that the in the first three trainings I did not have turtling after.

So what?

I just don’t know how many should I wait so my later training don’t turn again to turtilng.

Guys you really confused me :P I just need someone to help me in how I will understand when I should just start training again?

Turtling is not a problem. Warm up, don’t use too much force and you’ll be fine.

Ok one more question. Sorry for the many questions but I feel I really should start to know more stuff.. So let’s say I wait for 4 to 5 days then I start again and if this turtling happens again I should just lower my routine or the next time wait more?

Turtling is generally viewed as a sign that you’re probably doing too much. (Either too much force, or too many reps, or too much time) Personally, I don’t think there’s a need to stop training, just make sure to warm up properly and lighten up. Good luck!

A few things I would reccomend to stop turtling:

1 Try not to masturbate after PE
2 Wash your unit after PE.
3 Try to cool down.

Eventually turtling won’t bother you after gaining more and more length

Sorry m8 but cause I don’t know a lot of stuff about PE yet what do you mean wash your unit? Like when I am doing a shower with soap? And how will that help? And with the cool down should I do warm down also?
