Total Newbie

Just wanted to say Hi and ask will the newbie routine give me any gains at all or is it just for getting you penis used to the stresses and strains of manual PE?

I was ready to go down the surgery road until I found this site. I want to increase flaccid length as well as gain girth and length when erect.I’m currently about 3 inches flaccid and around 6 1/2 inches erect.

If you guys have any help or advice that would be great.

I think many people gain on the newbie routine. Get started and find out if you’re one of them :)

Not only that I’m 6FT 4 inches tall and have a large frame so it make my average size look smaller

Well my flaccid length is 3 inches and my bone pressed erection length at before starting PE is 7.0 inches and girth at mid point is 4.75 inches.Just did my first newbie session to the letter.Lets see what the next few weeks and months bring
