Hey guys, I’m eighteen and debating starting PE to get a bit of length and some good girth gains..

My starting stats are 7.5” NBEL x 4.5-5 (One tape said 4.5 one said 5)

I’m just wondering if I’m still going to grow down there, and if I do PE whilst still having time to grow if it will hinder or help the growth.

How many of you guys experienced growth from 18+?

7.5 NBPEL is borderline HUGE, depending on your fat pad. I do not believe PE will hinder natural growth. I would go really easy, though.

If you really want to “PE”, i’d suggest working on girth, alone. Just MHO. ;)

Dude, I think you will learn that a 9x6 may work to your disadvantage (not that I would have a clue). But at that size is it more appearance vs function. You already have a whopper. Girth exercises would be things like Ulis, Jelqing (some techniques are supposed to focus on girth more than length and likewise for length), and clamping. Start slow and save the more advanced exercises like clamping for much later…if ever.

I don’t think that doing PE will hurt your growth at all. At least do some kegels to get your EQ as great as it can be.

I started when I was young and had very quick gains. I definitely recommend at least a mild jelqing routine if your unsure of your commitment. But yes, 7.5 nbpel is already impressive.

What is your secret to gaining. I saw your stats and you seems to reached 8 x 6 within six months. How was that possible? Were you taking any supplements? How long do you devote to PE per day or per week.

Yeah I would say your length is solid. Just do some girth exercise to get that thickness up. The girth is where it counts.

First hitting puberty is when I noticed my largest growth spurt when it came to my penis, but only in length.

I also hit puberty quite late.

Sadly, “filling out” is only related to body mass and not penis size. I was a late bloomer and I didn’t finish growing completely in height until I was 21, and mass until I was 23. The penis does not grow in correlation with your body at all really. The penis starts growth as soon as you start to get pubic hair, and should finish growing completely withing 3-4 years, maybe even less. I remember waiting for my penis to “fill in.” It never does my friend, so just forget it and start doing PE. The penis has a 4 year growth rate from start to finish for most men. I wish I found this site when I was 18. Just stay consistent and you will reach your goals, and at 18, there is probably no way your penis will continue to grow.

If you hit puberty 3 years ago, there may be some hope. Take supplements, eat right, and exercise. Load up on omega 3,6,9’s. Get all your omegas. Drink pomegranate juice, eat apples and bananas, raw almonds and walnuts, flax seeds, and watermelon. Do bench presses, heavy squats, heavy rows, and dead lifts to spike your testosterone levels. From what I know 4 years is the number for penis growth from start to finish, but maybe 5 years for a select few. I have had friends, who told me that their dicks took 2 years to complete growth and never grew again at all even though their body mass increased in size.

I recommend low erection jelqing and taking it very easy. Manual stretches shouldn’t hurt either if you don’t overwork the tunica.

Basically, as long as you don’t fatigue your penis too much then you shouldn’t affect natural growth. Jelqing gives you a healthy penis.


Time to measure girth soon... previously 4.5", been targeting girth for months!
