Too young for PE?

I really wish I had learned about PE at 16 (penis stopped growing at 15). I’d be way above average by now.

i think that 15 or 16 is a great time to start working out, as long as you have a mentor or some other form of good advice, because your hormones are raging and your “repair” time is minimal.

do you guys think that this can be applied towards PE?

It may well be great to start PE at 15 or 16, but how about PE without Thunder’s Place? If there is indeed a heap of underage lurkers here and one of them does something stupid, then this may be a reality.

The problem obviously is, how do you keep them off the forum with out frightening away possible adult members?

I know that I probably would not have even lurked if I had to give credit card details for age verification.

By clicking the join button, the applicant states he is 18 or older. We make a good faith effort to remove any members found to be underage. That’s the best we can do under the circumstances.

For any normal person, thats as much as would be reasonably expected.

I would hate to see something happen to this forum because some judge decides that this was not enough of an effort to protect people from themselves.

I didnt stop growing till 21 I think.
If I had to give credit card details I would have assumed this was a pay site like all the others, I never give out CC details for pay websites.

Kids can get CC details by the way, out of dads wallet or whatever. My little brother did that plenty in his time. (Plus not everyone over 18 has a CC for starters)

If they required a credit card like ebay for the adult material that would fix it. Minors can have Drivers licences too.

I think a judge would never do that. In fact all any parent really needs to do is add this list to the “adult” sites and any parental control program like Netnanny, Cybercop, etc would do the job. I should have thought of that earlier so I am pretty sure Thunder’s is safe. Besides, I am sure Thunder has contacts in high places. Politicians can have small units too.

Anyway to the issue here, children can have sex but cant drink, smoke and enlarge their dick.

A 16 year old can legally have sex with a 80 year old! (Australian law/some U.S. states)

But thats the law and you can’t change it unless you are an inflential person.

This forum is based in the US and people generally use US law as a defacto standard.

In Holland the age of consent is 12. Can you imagine what this forum would be like with 12 year olds not clever enough to mask their age?
