Too much masturbation fail

I am new to this and I was seeing both positive and negative PI’s but more so positive results. First I dealt with shrinkage a little after I first started which was about 3 weeks ago. More recently I have dealt with the positives having morning wood, more spontaneous erections, penis longer while flaccid and penis being thicker after jelqing sessions but currently my erections are at a max of about 70%.. I think it’s because of me masturbating a lot after kegels and jelqing. Going to stop masturbating. Do you all think my bad EQ is because of this or just my PE in general? Right now I am doing the newbie routine which consists of about 10 minutes of stretching and about 15-20 minutes of jelqing with kegels after each stroke and I do kegels throughout the day.

I’m no expert but I would say that weak erections are due to excessive masturbation. I used to masturbate alot too like 2-3 times a day sometimes even 5 times because of which I suffered from premature ejaculation, weak erections and pain in the BC muscles. Anyway since I have recently stared PEing my masturbation habits have improved alot. Cut off masturbation for a few days and you should see better EQ.

I had similar EQ like you did through my newbie routine but I was still getting nice gains. I ended up stopping my PE for a 3 day break instead of 1 day off and my EQ has been amazing ever since. So maybe your overtraining and need a little break.

I suggest not masterbating for a few hours before and after you do PE. Masterbating (for me at least) causes lack of motivation and shrinkage. I don’t masterbate in general for testosterone/shrinkage reasons. A good way to improve EQ and be more horny throughout the day (which means more easily turned on and more blood flow to the penis) is to edge. Edging is masterbating to the point just before cumming. You do not ejaculate! You masterbate to 100% erection and just before you feel the need to cum you stop. Do this as many times as you would like but be careful because the more times you get close to cumming the more likely you are to cum thus defeating the purpose of edging.

Edging is a great way to improve your EQ and last longer during sex.

Thanks because I was just going to start a new thread asking what can make you last longer because the last few times I had sex I was fast and I thought masturbation would help but I didn’t for me at least

Thanks! My 2 months is coming up and I’m worried my gains aren’t even close to my first months because of the holidays I had 2 weeks off, but I’ve been steady for a week now on a new routine so we’ll see. How long have you been PEing and how are your gains?

Kegels, masterbating/watching porn makes you cum faster because you’ve been horny all day, the longer you have gone since having sex, master bating just before sex makes you last long, deep shallow or fast breathes make you ejaculate soon so breathe in and out slowly and deeply, but the most important thing to last long (at least for me) is to start out slow! Ease on slowly, just the tip at first keep doing just a little at a time take like 2-3 minutes (more or less) however long it takes until you get all the way inside her. Your penis needs to get used to it and too much at once can mess up your whole game. Slow and steady wins the race after a while you will become used to it (let’s say 10-15 minutes) and you can go pornstar mode on her. Just slow down when it gets exciting.

Also there is the stop and go method where you pull out and pause while you wait 5-10 seconds or however long until you no longer feel too excited them proceed. You can smack her with your dick, rub her or finger her while you wait the 15 seconds, or do nothing and say something like ” tell me you want it” or whatever comes to mind.

Masturbating can be useful if you are doing it with this in mind. The largest your penis gets is at the 4th stage of an erection. This is right when ejaculation seems inevitable. This is why women have more of a reaction right before you cum. At that stage the veins are swollen and the entire penis is throbbing. This stage is called Heat.. I will leave the LeBron James jokes out of it.

If you can maintain that size for a longer period of time without ejaculating, then you are pushing your maximum size. It is a little difficult to do without cumming but if you have sexual stamina then you can do it.

This is useful because with practice you can stay in Heat while having sex longer which is incredibly intense for your lover!
