Too much jelqing?

Too much jelqing?

I was on a 30 min jelq routine for awhile, but then I took a break. Then I got to thinking, maybe 15 min is better. Thoughts?

Starting stats: 7.6 bpl x 5.875 - 6 g

Hoping for: 9 bpl x 6.25 g

After realizing that my 30 minute jelq routine meant I was potentially doing 600 jelqs, I reduced my time to 15 - 20 minutes. Because I am more interested in length than girth at the moment, I only recently started jelqing and only performed a few of the 30 minute routines, so can’t say whether that it was excessive. Still, I would say start with the 15 minute routine and gauge your results.

start 1/20/08: 6.0 nbpel, 5.5 eg, 4 fl, 5 fg

now 6/30/12: 6.75 nbpel, 5.875 eg, 5.0 fl, 5.125 fg

30 minutes is a long session for me. I tend to put more pressure on each stroke anyways, since I have a litter shorter fingers (smaller O) and bigger girth. Plus I have strong hands. I will start off slow but sometimes just gradually put more pressure as I get into the groove. I injured myself like this, I think twice. 15 minutes is perfect, I would suggest it, and slow down the stroke of each jelq. Its like free throws- you can practice everyday with a BS technique for years, and not get it right (Shaq). But once you learn the best technique, with the right practice, you shoot a perfect shot every time (Nash).

Hehe Shaq and Nash, nice PE analogies! The NBA flows through my veins as well. B-)

Why did you take a break - no results maybe?

Take measurements. Do the newbie routine when you start. Come back with concrete results after a few months of a consistent routine. People have different responses to PE exercises, so try something and if it works keep doing it and if it stops then adjust the formula.
