Hi guys,

I had my aha moment, on how to jelq properly, 2 weeks ago and I have already gain 2 cm (a little bit less than an inch). Is this too much? Should I relent the exercise?

Here is another question.
Does it matter if you stop the jelqing session every now and then? ( I have to do that to drop my erection levels ). But would it be better to do consecutive strokes without stopping?

If you are gaining, why stop? That’s terrific. As to stopping every now and then to get the proper erection level I would say whatever you’ve been doing must be the magic key for you so keep doing it!

Unless your goal was only 2cm, you shouldn’t change what you’re doing. Maintaining a proper erection level is important so you are doing the right thing. Gains aren’t linear, especially newbie gains, so don’t worry about gaining 1cm/week. If you do continue to gain 1cm/week, you need to post videos and explanations!

HAh! Nothing like a big trick here! My main epiphany was that the head should expanding in every stroke you do. I do around 300 in every session, so I guess I will take it down a bit to 250 or something. Guys I swear to god, yesterday I was a little bit above 14 cm before my (good) session and today I reached 15 cm. It’s crazy. I ll keep it going and inform you on the results.

That’s great! I’m starting to see the importance of the jelq, especially with gains like those. How long does it take to milk out 300 jelqs. Have you notice gains in the width of your glans also.

Likely the result of increased EQ. But either way it is a good thing. Congrats! I would continue doing the same routine. No sense in cutting back unless you have some negative PI’s

You must have the thinnest layer of tunica ever lol. But in all seriousness you are blessed to have newbie gains of that magnitude so early. Congrats on the success. No reason to stop or change anything. Keep everything the same until all progress is halted.

For me it takes at least 30 minutes to do 300 strokes. One thing I do, I don’t know why, cause I haven’t read it anywhere, is to keep the grip for a couple of seconds at the end of each stroke but I don’t know if ti is significant or anything, I just feel like doing it this way. Another thing I noticed is that I have little or no gains in the thikness of the pines yet.

By the way. Does anyone knows how to use the PC muscle to avoid ejaculation. Every time I try to do it, squeezing the muscle before I cum, it seems like I m helping it instead of blocking it. I can’t understand this one at all. If anyone has a clue please help.

Good for you. You intuitively figured out that exerting the correct pressure within the penis is the key element of the exercise rather than focusing on the hand technique/pressure/time/reps/etc. It probably helps that you’re an easy gainer but keep doing what you’re doing.
