Too long exercise
Before, I was strict with not working out more than one hour every shift,
But now I added some new exercises (supra slammers/ferraris) and two version, taking bout 30minutes.
So in total, heres all:
Warm up: 5min
Jelq 200: 20-30min
Ferrari pump: 15min
Ferrari head: 10min
Stretch: 30SEC4 x 5sets - 10min?
Warm down..
So, 70-80min.. Too much? Or does time not matter, only number of reps?
