Too hard

I find when I start jelqing I am at about 70 percent. Then I do about 10 jelqs and I go to about 90!
I have to wait about 45 seconds to get back down to 70 again. Then another 10 and I am back to 90. So, I wait again and so on.

Is this right?

Same here but when i don’t think about jelqs it’s easier not to get hard (like watching the morning news).

I had the same problem, but a couple of days ago I started to getting used to jelqing and I don’t get SO easily erect (I’m a newbie).

My solutions:

1. Don’t be horny. Your mind and penis have to know the difference between playtime and jelqing. I find it really enjoyable to jelq and I don’t think of it as playing with my dick. Although an engorged dick could be a turn on sometimes (we crave what we don’t have, eh?). :P

I guess frequent sex/masturbation helps with that too as you won’t have the need to play with yourself.

2. Two words. Wet jelqs. Lube really helps, I wouldn’t dream of dealing with getting hard when jelqing if I did dry jelqs.

It is a normal thing to get hard whilst jelqing. You are doing the right thing by waiting until your erection level subsides.
