Tonight is my first workout...

Hello all I have been reading for a long time and I think im going to start my workout tonight for the first time. I did some MASS reading on this site and I think its great how you all can contribute in reaching all of your personal goals, I have to admit…I never planed on posting here, because I believe it’s a real hush hush/personal and touchy subject, however after reading and seeing how great and supportive all you people are (and knowing that im not alone), I would really like to be involved. I’m 29 y/o and im at 6” my personal goal is between 7-8” and I think I gathered up enough information about a game plan and take the steps for my first workout tonight. I am willing to do whatever it takes to achieve my goal, and I plan on doing PE for 1 month before I measure myself again. Any tips on tonight’s workout or workouts in general would be more then welcome, some of the vets here have a wealth of knowledge regarding PE and im open to any suggestion, thank you. And again its great to meet you all, and congratulations to the people from this site for reaching your goal, your stories got me inspired! :)

You can find a wealth of info for starters in the Newbie forum. You should start there. Don’t start out with a veteran routine or you might end up with an injury.


I’m guessing you are starting with the newbie routine? If so, don’t skip any steps. Get into doing kegels. Do hot wrap before you begin and then do your stretches and jelqing and finish with a nice hot wrap. Just take it slow and learn and feel how to do everything right. It is a long process, so no sense in trying to make your goals in one night. Slow and steady wins the game. (I know race is the word, but this is not a race) Just have fun and enjoy the process.

Otis: thanks man, I guess I wasnt too clear, im sure you’ve heard the expression “I wish what I know now, is what I knew back then” type of thing :) im not looking for a Vet workout just Vet starter advice hehe.

I too am a newbie and almost done with my 3rd week of PE. Let me tell you, this stuff works!!! Just remember…….KEGELS!!!

Last night I had sex with my wife and I had the hardest erection that I have had in YEARS!! I felt things inside my wife’s pussy that I never remember feeling before. It was great. Plus, after ejaculation, I was able to maintain an erection for quite some time.

I’ve only noticed about 1/4 to 1/2 inch in length, but my girth has definitely increased.

im with you and feel the same way, his is my 3.rd work out and i like it, lets just take small steps and time and we will reach our goals, im 7 long and 6 girth will see were i am in a month or 3, but im sticking to the program.

Well its been one month, and im sad to say…I see no erect gains. :(

Only things ive noticed is a softer dick, harder erections, more veins, more erections and possible flaccid gains (but only a tinny bit)….welp, on to my next month…I have a feeling this next month is gunna be better. :)

Welcome to Thunder’s - sometimes the gains take their sweet time in coming along. Some people PE for 3 or 4 months and see nothing and then in a week see gains. Sometimes it is the opposite. Persistance is the key and remember if you ever hear your penis scream in agony - chances are something is wrong. That is the best advice you can get, IMO. (Abbreviations are okay if westla doesn’t see “2 mannee”.) ;)

It seriously helps, because I thought I should of at least seen some improvement.
I dont think I am going to measure for a long time. I was really let down after the measure. I will measure six months down the road…If I dont see any gains by then..My PE days are finished…

Soulfire, In 6 months I bet you’ll notice a real difference in your flaccid hang and extra skin to be able to fill with internal growth later. Not measuring for a good long time is a good idea. The growth will come, but in due time. Everyone’s different. I’ve gained a 1/4” in length and about 1/2” in girth. Guess what: it took me just about a whole year to get that and I’m ecstatic. Good luck with that.
