I’m on board. Like Tom, I’ve been doing PE on and off for many years now. I’ve been off for a while. Lately I’ve been clamping, mostly for the boost in EQ. It has been awesome for that. It also seems to work for maintenance. Before my gains would slowly subside. They would come back pretty fast with PE, but losing size sucks.

I’ll continue my clamping, and try the inner pulls at the least! I tried them out today and they do seem to work well, and target the base which is a little lacking from the clamping.

I tried your technique in the shower with some lube and found that I could combine step 1 and step 2 all in one motion. Meaning I could go from the inner penis to the glands with one motion. Wondering what your thoughts are about this.

You can actually work all three into a single motion, though the lube makes it difficult to get a good grip on the glans, makes it harder to get a strong pull, and having that lovely slippery stuff on your hand and dick tends to lead to another activity we guys learned during puberty, which I prefer not to mix with PE. I also recommend doing the 3-Step Workout 2-3 times a day, which means that for many (as for me) the use of lube is not practical.

I keep the three steps distinct because I aim to (have to) make my instructions as basic, clear, and simple as possible. For example, two days after posting the new site, I spent several hours re-working it after conversation with a blind TP user, to make it more easily understood by guys who are visually impaired. Likewise, I try to do instructions and diagrams with an awareness that I get site visitors from over 100 countries where English is not the native language (though the vast majority do come from ‘Murka).

It’s my job to simplify. I leave it to everyone else on Thunder’s Place to complexify :D

Great routine Tom, think I’m gonna attempt it.

Has anyone had erect gains from this? I’ve been doing this for a couple weeks and my flaccid seems to be bigger but erect is still the same.

I have been into this a couple of weeks to and my flaccid is bigger to..

But you know! If we stick to it.. flaccid gains.. then erect gains will follow..
